I come to this work with both structured study and lived immersion.

Formally, I’m a Level 1 Ayurvedic Practitioner, currently deepening into Level 2 – Disease Management, studying under Dr. Arun Sharma at Ayuskama Ayurveda in Dharamshala, India. My academic foundation includes a BSc in Natural Sciences (Exercise Psychology & Human Biology) from Durham University, and a PGCE in Secondary Science Education, with nine years of experience teaching and mentoring students in both the UK and international schools across Asia and South America.

My certifications also include:

Yoga
– 200-hour Vinyasa & Hatha (Earth Yoga School, Goa)
– 40-hour Children & Teen Yoga (Kids Yoga Garden, Chiang Mai)
– 100-hour Himalayan Kriya Yoga (Samten Kriya, Bali)

Movement, Therapies & Massage
– DanceMANDALA Facilitator Level 1 & Level 2 (in training – Chiang Mai)
– Thai Massage & Abdominal Chi Nei Tsang (Chi Chai Massage & P Jem, Chiang Mai)

- Reiki (Chiang Mai Holistic)

- Crystal Sound Bowls (Chiang Mai Holistic)

But beyond the certifications, what truly shapes my approach is the path I choose to live daily.

I spend time immersed in ashrams in India, studying vedanta, attend monasteries to practice meditation, study elemental healing with Balinese healers, and follow regular detox and fasting protocols, to name just a few. My journey has also included plant medicine studies with Plant Medicine Thailand, and team leadership with NGOs in Uganda, Rajasthan, and Bangalore—mentoring educators and supporting community development projects.

These experiences continue to be my greatest teachers—offering deep insight into stillness, resilience, and interconnection, as I continuously explore what it means to hold space for true transformation. My journey is far from over as healing is not a linear path but a spiral, and my own inner work consequently remains integral to the heart of BedderWellness.

At 18, I first took the road less travelled—spending a year in Guyana, living alongside the Arawak tribe. Since then, I’ve continued to learn from different cultures, often moving between places to study, grow, and offer healing.

I currently work mostly online, moving between my family home of Brixham in South Devon, my chosen home of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and wherever the path calls next. However, I love offering in-person sessions and am open to travel for sessions, retreats, or collaborations.

As for things that bring me joy... Well, I love mountains, sleeping under the stars in my campervan named Arran, drinking hot chocolate, walking with dogs, cooking and talking about the health benefits of mung beans, discovering new cafés and sampling their cake, reading stories about people climbing Everest and novels about love, as well as sharing music with friends around a fire.

Yet, it hasn't always looked like this. My path into healing didn’t begin from a place of peace, but from years spent navigating chronic IBS, debilitating migraines, disordered eating, pure O, and depression. For a long time, I sought relief through control—through routines, regimens, and what I lovingly called Blisscipline. While those tools offered some structure, true freedom began to unfold when I stopped trying to fix myself and instead leaned into holistic healing—reconnecting with the body, the elements, and our innate connection to spirit.

That shift didn’t happen all at once. It’s been slow, spiral-shaped, often uncomfortable, but deeply real. And with each turn, I’ve been invited beyond surface-level balance into deeper self-knowing. These experiences form the foundation of everything I now share. I'm not here to heal you, but to offer a grounded, compassionate space for you to remember your own innate capacity to heal.

If you've landed here, I imagine you are somewhere on your own healing spiral. Maybe at the beginning, maybe a few revolutions in. I'd love to walk alongside you—whether for a moment or a mile—as you return to your own centre, reclaim your own rhythm and move forwards in your healing journey.

There are so many practical, powerful ways I can support you—and it all begins with a single conversation.
