About the practitioner
I’m currently a Level 1 Ayurvedic therapist, trained under the guidance of Dr. Arun at Ayuskama Ayurveda in Dharamshala, India . After an intensive one-month immersion, I’m now enrolled in a year-long level 2 program which goes further into disease management. My practice is fully insured, and my approach is grounded in classical Ayurvedic wisdom, with a focus on personalized care and empowerment.

Client Testimonial
“I had a consultation with Lizzy to learn about my prominent Ayurvedic type and any imbalances, and to get guidance on boosting my wellbeing. I was so impressed by the depth and comprehensiveness of her knowledge. She explained Ayurvedic theory in a way that made sense and gave me practical suggestions for rituals, food, exercise, and understanding the energies at play — even in the environment where I live. I now feel like I have a more embodied and intuitive understanding of how the world works and how I can support my own wellbeing and joy.”
