Bedder Wellness Prana Balancing Classes:

Emphasise the mind-body connection and encourage students to listen to the feedback of their own body.
Through a gentle approach, emotional blocks are explored and released to down regulate the nervous system and facilitate deep relaxation and insight.
Classes use a blend of asana (physical movement), pranayama (breath), kriya (cleansing), yin (long holds) and Nidra (guided relaxation).
