    You’ll learn to navigate life from a place of balance, trusting your cyclical nature and integrating the flow of your feminine energy into everyday decisions, self-care, and creativity.

    Through personalized practices and deep introspection, you’ll release limiting beliefs, subconscious patterns, and fears that have been holding you back—leaving you free to live with confidence, clarity, and joy.

     

  6. Create Lasting Change
    You’ll not only shift during our time together but be empowered with the tools and practices to continue your transformation long after our sessions end. This is about building sustainable change that you can carry with you.

     

  7. Feel More Grounded, Peaceful, and Connected
    By the end of our time together, you will feel more connected to your body, your intuition, and your deeper sense of purpose. You’ll move through life with a sense of peace and grounded confidence.

The method

Stage 1 - Befriend Your Body

​


We begin by gently shifting the body from states of stress and over-activation into greater calm and groundedness. Through practices like co-regulation, yoga nidra, mindfulness and inner child connection, you start to feel safer in your body. Inner child work helps you discover what younger parts of yourself need in order to feel safe, so you can offer this care to yourself in daily life.

​

This stage creates a foundation of felt safety. From here, you can gradually explore what lives beneath the anxiety.

 

Stage 2 - Befriend Your Story


Together, we bring curiosity to triggers from daily life that spark anxiety. Using the SAFER method, we gently explore what lies beneath these moments, discovering the emotions, needs, or stories connected to them.

​

This is not about erasing your story, but about softening, reframing, and relating to it with compassion.

​

🌿 Safety & Scope

In this stage, we are not “working on trauma” in a clinical or therapeutic sense. Instead, we are working with the body’s natural responses to stress and anxiety, creating space to notice, feel, and respond differently. Everything is done at your own pace, with choice and agency at the centre. ​

 

 

Stage 3 – Befriend Your Biology



Here we explore how lifestyle, nourishment, and daily rhythms affect your sense of balance and contribute towards anxiety. By bringing in Ayurveda-inspired practices, herbal supports, and mindful routines, so you can feel more at ease in your body.

The focus is on listening to how the body communicates through symptoms during anxiety, and experimenting with supportive daily steps.

 

 

Stage 4 - Befriend Your Freedom


This stage explores who you are beyond anxiety. Whether or not anxiety arises, you now have tools to down-regulate and respond differently.

​

You practice recognising your embodied “yes” and “no,” alongside making choices from a grounded place. By engaging all your senses, you learn how embodiment can shift your relationship with both anxiety and joy. 

 

 

Stage 5 - Befriend Your Voice


You learn to use your voice as a tool for regulation and empowerment. Clear communication - saying yes and no, asking for needs - become a way to keep yourself safe and reduce anxiety. Through authentic relating, vocal exercises, and gentle throat-opening practices, you build confidence in speaking from a calm nervous system state.

 

 

Stage 6 - Befriend Your Belief


We explore what belief, faith, or trust means in your life. For some this may be spiritual, for others it may be found in nature, relationships, rituals, or devotion to something meaningful.

Anxiety often reflects a loss of trust in life’s support. Here, you develop rituals or practices that help you remember you are part of something larger than your worries.

Each mentorship is deeply personalised, ensuring it’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will cover all of the stages, but over the course of the programme, we’ll co-create a transformational path that best serves and empowers you to overcome your anxiety. As each woman is different, no two programmes are identical.

We’ll start with a free 60-minute call to explore your current challenges and to see if this programme is the right fit.

Once you feel ready, we’ll dive into your first vision session—a sacred space where we’ll set intentions and co-create the path ahead.

Tailored to your needs, and based on the building blocks above - you will be supported with tools, guidance, and a grounded, loving presence.

  • Comprehensive curriculum - We don't just work with anxiety from one angle - we look at it holistically - from our physical health, to the nervous system, to the mind and emotions, to our spiritual health, our voice and then how this relates to living from a place of empowerment and not anxiety.  This is a powerful and thorough formula - where you get to experience many tools to see what works for you.

Meet your mentor

I’m Lizzy—and healing is my passion.

​

My own journey began with chronic IBS, migraines, and OCD in my teens. These early challenges sparked a deep search: from science degrees and teaching in London, to years spent studying in ashrams, monasteries, and healing traditions around the world.

​

What I’ve learned is this: the wisdom we seek isn’t out there. It lives within.


Healing begins with softening, grounding, and coming home to yourself. Creating internal somatic safety at an embodied level.

 

I’m here to walk beside you. To hold space, offer tools, and reflect back your brilliance as you lead yourself home.
